Full Allergy Testing (Ages 13+) - For New or Returning clients (Who have not been to us for 5years or more)

This includes testing against 100 foods, vitamins and mineral levels, hormones, gut flora, pathogen overgrowth, digestive enzymes, viruses, toxic levels, organ stress, allergens such as pollens, dust, animal fur, etc.
This is done by using a Mora RM10s and is called Bio Energetic Regulatory (B.E.R.) Testing. It involves holding an electrode in one hand and then a probe is placed onto the acupuncture line on the palm of the other hand. This creates a circuit joining you to the machine. Ampoules are then placed into the machine containing bio energetic properties of food, vitamins, healthy organs, allergens etc.
The machine then reads whether your body reacts to it or not.
It is not painful or invasive.
We then Combine the results of the test, discuss your health issues and medical history and we try to discover the reasons behind the symptoms and food intolerances to try and get to the root cause.
We go through the results at the appointment and create a plan to help improve your symptoms.
Sometimes supplements are needed if the balance of the gut is disturbed. Whilst we do stock a variety of supplements, clients are never pressured into buying at the appointment or from buying through us. Our practitioners are happy to simply advise what they feel is best.

The appointment lasts approximately 90minutes however we do usually advise to allow 2hours as it can sometimes over-run.

Babies (Birth-2Years)

The testing is completed in the same way using the Mora RM10s and is called Bio Energetic Regulatory (B.E.R.) machine and causes no pain to your baby. This is a very limited and bespoke test to the individual baby depending on their symptoms when booking a test. Generally the test will involve testing the gut health and any imbalances in the digestive system. We generally test the main vitamin and mineral levels and the main food groups.

Babies can be held by an adult throughout the testing. We do recommend bringing another adult along to the test as our practitioners will discuss the results of the test at the appointment. The appointment lasts approximately 45minutes and we do advise you bring something along to keep your baby entertained whilst our practitioners discuss the results.

Children (3-12Years)

Again the testing is completed in the same way using the Mora RM10s and is called Bio Energetic Regulatory (B.E.R.) machine and causes no pain to your child.

This is a very limited and bespoke test to the individual child depending on their symptoms when booking a test. Generally the test will involve testing the gut health and any imbalances in the digestive system. We generally test the main vitamin and mineral levels and the main food groups. Our practitioners may also test for virus', toxic levels, allergens and E-numbers, again depending on the symptoms when the test is initially booked.

Ideally we are ask that children are sat unaided throughout the test however they can be tested whilst sat on an adults lap.

Please be aware that there will be a discussion after the test has taken place and so it is advisable to bring something to entertain your child. Two adults are welcome to the appointment.

The appointment lasts approximately 60minutes.

Initial Follow up - For clients who have recently had a full allergy test with us.

This appointment will test gut health, vitamins and minerals, hormones, organ stress and generally everything other than foods (as these will not have changed at this point).

This appointment is to ensure that we are going in the right direction and that the changes we see are positive. It is also an opportunity to go through any challenges clients may be facing including recipe ideas, and how to tailor the bespoke plan to the individuals lifestyle.

The appointment is approximately 45minutes.

Check up - For existing clients Who have had an appointment within a year.

This appointment is for those clients who wish to have a general health check within a year of having a full allergy test with us. It is a great way to monitor/ keep on top of your progress.

The appointment is approximately 30minutes.

Full RE-Test - For clients who have not had an appointment with us within the last year.

This appointment is for existing clients who haven't been tested for more than 1 year but less than 5 years. It is also for clients who wish to have the foods re-tested.
