 I have been working with Sandra since 2014.  I came to her exhausted and learned all about candida with all its symptoms.  I had problems sleeping, I was bloated and stressed.  Well I am thrilled to report that today I have never felt better.  I am a few pounds off my ideal weight.  My sleep is the best it has ever been.  I feel younger and I have more energy than I ever had since my 20s.  I am in my 60s and I have no inflammation in my body.  I live charmed life full of energy with no pain.  I am on no medication and I have no hormonal issues.  I believe this is all due to the excellent care Sandra has provided.  I will continue to work with Sandra without question and I would just like to thank all at Serenity for their excellent care and knowledge.

Where do I start … 17 years ago Sandra came into our lives and with out her help I’m not sure where my daughter would be, after years of going back and forth to the doctors and no body listening we finally found Sandra and finally had the help we needed and she continues to do so, since then my other daughters have been to see her over the years and then finally myself after going through the menopause and needing help.

Sandra goes above and beyond to help her patients and is extremely knowledgeable I cannot recommend her highly enough.

 Sandra Pound in my eyes gave me back my daughter and the life she should have. We originally went for allergy advice as my daughter was asthmatic. She was also going through what we now know was chronic fatigue/ME. We were lost and doctors were not understanding to say the least. She went through a very traumatic time. I won’t dwell on that! From day one of meeting Sandra I had complete faith she could help her. This was 17 years ago and we have never looked back. Her knowledge and understanding was immense. We are all truly thankful. Over these last years all of my family have been to see Sandra and she’s helped us all. I could sit and listen to her for hours (and often do). I’m not sure where any of us would be without her.
