Sandra set up Serenity Natural Health after years of trying to find a reason and a cure for her  daughter's Chronic Fatigue.  

For four years she and her family tried everything  from private doctors to complementary and alternative therapies. Eventually she heard about allergy testing and, without a great deal of hope, took her daughter for a test. She was diagnosed with a Candida overgrowth, many food intolerances and severe vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

 By changing her diet and taking food supplements her health rapidly improved.

After one month she was noticeably better and after six months she was almost back to full health. Her recovery was so good that all our family - immediate and extended - went for testing, and all reported an improvement in health and a better quality of life. 

Sandra was so impressed by the improvement of health she started researching the allergy testing and decided to learn more about how the machine worked.

Sandra  qualified as a practitioner in 2006, purchased  her own machine and started Serenity Allergy Testing and has since helped many people improve their health and well being. 

From the age of 14-19 I suffered with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome to the extent where I was mainly wheel chair bound as I didn't have the energy to walk. I would have to crawl on my hands and knees for the toilet if no one was home to help carry me. 

My initial journey to try and resolve my health issue was through conventional medicine and later to complementary and alternative therapies. Although these methods enabled me to experience the occasional "good days", it was the allergy testing that made the biggest impact where I was able to have a life again. 

With my new found health, I embarked on a journey of living life to the full which included travelling around the UK, as well as other countries including Australia and New Zealand. 

I then realised that I wanted to help others in the same way that the allergy testing helped me. With the huge success that my Mum (Sandra) was having with Serenity I decided to train in the machine as well. I also returned to college to qualify as a Nutritional Therapist in Biomedicine so that I could join in helping others with their journeys to better health.
